Soft Wash Cleaning of Through Coloured Render & Painted Walls
A newly rendered building looks great and this type of render is often sold as maintenance-free. However, within a few years, red, green, black or yellow algae often appear on the surface, making the render look old and dirty.
You cannot use high-pressure water to clean the render as it will damage the surface. PureWash Cleaning Contractors Ltd uses low-pressure cleaning methods with a combination of cleaning chemicals to make your building look clean again without causing any damage.
We use a soft wash system we call ‘Clean & Protect’ where we apply a cleaning chemical to sanitise & remove stains from your render & then a protective application to prolong any new algae regrowth.
We can clean any type of render including K-Rend, Weber, Roughcast, Pebbledash, Sto, Monocouche, Parex and Eco Rend on a single domestic property, large residential blocks, offices, schools & we have the experience to clean hundreds of buildings across a large geographical area.
Chemical render cleaning lasts x6 longer than power washing & doesn’t damage your render or paint work, plus it uses a 1/3 of the water.
Our soft wash cleaning system is safe to use on any through coloured or painted render, including the brands below:
